Note on using the laptop: Since CDs are often damaged or lost in everyday workshop work, this laptop works with a virtual CD drive and ISO images of the diagnostic CDs.
This means that you can simply create ISO images of all your required diagnostic CDs using the free program ImgBurn https://www.imgburn.com/ and copy them once to the Dell laptop.
From then on, you can simply load the required CD via the virtual CD drive menu. A few CD ISOs are already included in the installation when the laptop arrives.
