## Right of Withdrawal
### Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
### Start of the withdrawal period
For contracts for the provision of services and for contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
For contracts for the sale of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

If you use this online function, we will provide you without delay, on a durable medium, for example by email, with an acknowledgement of receipt containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired or to submit it using the electronic withdrawal function.
### Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
### Effects of withdrawal for goods
In the case of a contract for the sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
### Effects of withdrawal for services
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is proportionate to the services provided up to the time at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full extent of the services provided for in the contract.
In the case of a contract for a paid service, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the fourteen-day period if we have fully performed the service and, before performance began, you expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you understand that your right of withdrawal will expire once the contract has been fully performed.
### Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium
In the case of paid contracts for digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the fourteen-day period once we have begun performance of the contract, provided that you have expressly consented in advance to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed that you understand that your right of withdrawal will thereby be lost once performance begins, and we have provided you with the legally required confirmation of the contract.
If the right of withdrawal for such digital content continues to exist and you exercise it, you are not required to pay compensation for digital content supplied up to the time of withdrawal.
